  • What is a No-Obligation Onsite Estimate?

    We base our pricing on the amount of space your belongings take up in the truck. Therefore, we need to view your stuff in person before we can offer you a final estimate. We want to make sure we provide you with an accurate price. The polite, uniform crew will show up promptly, assess whatever you wish removed, and give you a precise quote before beginning any work. Simply let us know if you would like to cancel, and we will leave without further action. We only do the service if you are satisfied with the quoted fee.

  • How Does Junk Removals R Us Charge for Junk Removal?

    We charge according to the amount of space your belongings occupy in the back of our truck; this is divided into fractions of a truckload, such as ⅛, ¼, ½, and ¾ of a complete truckload. Seven pickup trucks' worth of cargo fits within our vehicles.


    Our costs are site-specific, and each area has a minimum payment for our workers to remove your belongings that varies depending on a variety of things, including local recycling and disposal taxes.


    For select products, including TVs and beds, we provide single-item pricing; occasionally, this will be cheaper than our minimum fee.

  • Can I Get an Exact Price Before You Arrive?

    We are unable to provide you with a precise quote over the phone. We can't offer you a precise quote until we see the things in person since we usually base our prices on how much room they take up in the vehicle. We can estimate the cost of some single-item removals before the appointment, but the total cost is always paid on-site.   • What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?

    Major credit cards and cash are accepted, with extra payment methods available at certain sites. Payment is only handled when the task is finished.

  • When Should I Expect You to Arrive?

    Our friendly, uniformed truck team members will phone you fifteen to thirty minutes before the start of your two-hour promise window on the day of your appointment. They will greet you, let you know when they anticipate arriving, and, if necessary, confirm any additional information regarding your appointment.

  • How Do I Cancel or Change My Appointment?

  • Can You Remove My Junk if I’m Not Onsite?

    Depending on your geographical location, If the materials are readily available and the team can accept payment over the phone, several of our franchises can complete the task even if you are not home. Please be aware that certain locations may require your presence at home in order to facilitate the removal of your items.

What We Take

  • What Items Can Junk Removals R Us Remove?

    The most common things we assist customers with getting rid of are gadgets, sofas, beds, and other furniture. Anything that two people can lift and carry can usually be taken, provided it isn't dangerous or harmful.   • What Items Does Junk Removals R Us Not Accept?

    Because we have to follow local laws in every place we operate, the list of prohibited products changes. In general, we are unable to accept vehicle or truck chassis as well as anything poisonous or dangerous. Generally speaking, we do not accept the following items: 


    • Oils, solvents, and chemicals
    • Drums for oil and asbestos storage (until empty and with the top and bottom removed)
    • Tanks for storing waste and oil
  • Does Junk Removals R Us Remove Paint?

    While certain locations are equipped to accept paint, there are other locations that are unable to accommodate this particular item. This is caused by the fact that local laws vary from place to place. Please be aware that those who are capable of handling paint frequently need the paint to completely dry before they may remove it. Give us a call if you have paint that needs to be disposed of, and we'll let you know if your location can accept it.

  • Can You Remove Large and Bulky Items?
